RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

Merchandise got damaged or faulty may be returned for a refund or replacement.Please open return request on our website for a RMA (Return Product Permission) Number. Any item returned to A2Z Knives must have a RMA number. Consumers need to return the item within one month from the day product Invoice Date else there will be 15% restocking fees will be charged.

HOW TO OPEN RETURN REQUEST ON WEBSITE

    1. Click on My Account in Top Bar.
    2. On My Account Page Click on Orders in Left Side Bar.
    3. Click on Request Return Button to open the Request against that Order.
    4. If you don’t have Registered Account on our website then you can contact via Contact Us Form
      with your order number.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

  1. Wrap item in protective packaging
  2. Place item & packaging in manufacturer box/bag
  3. Place manufacturer box/bag inside an appropriate shipping box.
  4. Include a copy of return paperwork and drop it off at the nearest USPS or UPS location depending on what courier service shipping label you have .

WARRANTY RETURNS

Please email us at info@a2zknives.com for information regarding the return of broken or defective items covered under factory warranty. We will be happy to assist you in these matters.

Some manufacturers require the consumer to send damaged items directly to them in that case you will be informed.

RESTOCKING FEE

Non-defective merchandise returned to us for any reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This policy pertains only to merchandise returned to us in its original condition and within 30 days of the invoice date. Items received after 30 days will be rated at our discretion.
